Town & Country Planning

The Department of Town & Country Planning was established in October 1973 as part of the Faculty of Engineering at the Katubedda Campus. Later, it became one of the four Departments in the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. It is the only academic institution in the country that offers programs in Physical Planning and conducts research in planning-related areas.
